A FOUNDATIONAL DISTINCTION

Three instruments.
Three different roles.

The paper connects their workflows while keeping the rights and responsibilities of each separate.

01 / DOCUMENT

The electronic bill of lading

Carries the document rights. A trade record with its own document-control arrangements; its effects depend on the document’s terms, applicable law, and the agreed system.

02 / PAYMENT

The settlement asset

Carries the payment value. Bank money or a separately issued eligible settlement asset carries payment principal; payment and escrow providers act under their own arrangements.

03 / PARTICIPATION

The MRN service token

Provides defined network utility and participation. It does not confer cargo ownership, company equity, lender returns, or a claim on settlement funds.

TOKEN SPECIFICATION

Defined utility.

Purpose
Service access and network participation

Participation follows defined responsibilities.

Holding or locking MRN alone earns no reward. Allocations follow independently checked service contributions. Participation sits alongside onboarding and the service agreement, and customers can contract for access under the published terms.
